I have seen a psychologist when I was hospitalized. And a counselor and therapists. Most of them are human beings with emotions who believe anything you tell them. If I tell them everything that went through my head I’d probably be locked up or drugged up. You fill their egos and tell them thank you so much for your help and they believe they’ve helped you. Going through the same thing with them telling the same story is so exhausting. You can tell they pity me. I hate it. I’ve taken medication and a psychologist told me it’s only meant to be temporary, like a kickstart to help YOURSELF get better. I think I’m not depressed anymore or it’s too much for my mind to handle and I don’t want to have suicidal thoughts so I just disconnect.
